By accessing or using Unfilled ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Characters from movies, TV shows, books, or video games (e.g., Disney, Marvel, Nintendo characters).
• Corporate logos or branded products.
• Artistic works created by other artists without their explicit permission.
• Any content that violates the intellectual property rights of others.

Unfilled reserves the right to remove any content that is reported or identified as infringing on copyright and may terminate the accounts of repeat offenders.

Unfilled provides a tool for generating colouring pages using AI. While we strive for high-quality results:

• You are responsible for the prompts you provide and the resulting content.
• Unfilled does not guarantee the uniqueness of any generated image.
• You are granted a non-exclusive license to use the generated images for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Unfilled uses a credit-based system. Credits are purchased via Stripe and are non-refundable once used. Unused credits do not expire as long as the Service remains active.

Unfilled is provided "as is" without any warranties. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.
